Our mission is to maximize health and wellness in children, adolescents, adults, marriages and families.
We offer same-day emergency services, evening and weekend appointments, acceptance of most insurances including Medicare and Champus, and a sliding fee scale for qualifying clients.
Credit cards are also welcome.
We are located in the Courtyard Building at 5301 N. Federal Highway, Suite 270, Boca Raton, FL 33487. The Courtyard is three buildings north of Yamato Road on the west side of Federal Highway (US-1).
